Description
Case Conferencing Best Practices The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain the professional services of a firm or individual to develop case conferencing best practices and curriculum for addressing homelessness in the Ohio Balance of State Continuum of Care (BoSCoC). Objectives and Desired Outcomes: 1. Prepare a report that describes best practices for both general and youth- dedicated case conferencing, with particular focus on rural and suburban counties. 2. Develop training outlines to assist the BoSCoC in teaching and evaluating case conferencing (general and youth-dedicated) to community stakeholders.
